MCSO’s Criminal Records Section processes Sex Offender Registrations for offenders that are required to register under ARS 13-3821. Registrations are processed in our office located in the Maricopa County Superior Court.

7:30am – 4:30pm   

Monday – Friday (excluding Holidays)

If this is your first time in our office, please arrive no later than 3:00pm.

All address changes or updates must be completed in person.

Fingerprints  

The Criminal Records Section offers Public Fingerprinting. Public Fingerprints are Ink rolled prints and are completed as a walk-in service.  No appointments necessary.  We currently do not offer Live Scan Fingerprints to the public.

8:00am – 2:30pm

Monday-Friday (excluding holidays)

Fingerprinting Fee: $8.00 per card (Cash Only)
