Request a Traffic Accident Report Online

In many instances, traffic accident reports authored by the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office may be obtained by visiting our partner LexisNexis BuyCrash. 

Traffic accident reports taken by other jurisdictions (State, Tribal, or City [Local] agencies) will need to be obtained by contacting that agency directly.

Traffic accidents resulting in no injury or non-serious injury are normally received and uploaded to BuyCrash.com within seven business days.

Prior to submitting your request online, be sure you have the following information available:

1. State (Arizona), and

2. Jurisdiction (Maricopa County Sheriff's Office), and

3. Subset of information (NOT MORE THAN ONE):

a. Report Number (best results), or

b. Last Name of Involved Party and Date of Accident, or

c. Last Name of Involved Party and Location of Accident

A valid credit/debit card or business account is required to purchase the report for download. 

Fees for online reports are $5.00 per report for individuals and entities directly related to the traffic accident report.  A convenience fee may be imposed by BuyCrash.com.  For further information, please contact 866-215-2771.
